A slower roasting is more appropriated for cocoa beans and dry fruits, as they are more delicate. The perfect roast depends on the proper control of the drum speed, the burner power and the hot air circulation.

Automatic control with roast profile
The BR-F ADVANCED COCOA roasters are equipped with a touch-screen display, a new cost-effective and eco-friendly premix gas burner with precise and responsive control, speed control for the drum and drum fan (air flow), 2 thermocouples (bean and exhaust air temperatures), vacuum pressure (in Pa), an Ethernet connection to plug a PC or laptop, and other top-level technical features like the cooling exhaust air temperature.
The built-in connection for the roasting profile software Cropster and Artisan will expand the capabilities of the roaster by enabling an accurate and automated reproduction of all saved-defined recipes and parameters stored in the software database..
