A careful analysis of the cocoa beans and dry fruits is necessary to make the perfect roast.
The roasting process is the most important factor that affects the final product. The end result will not as expected if the roasting is not correctly done. A slower roasting is more appropriated for cocoa beans and dry fruits, as they are more delicate. The perfect roast depends on the proper control of the drum speed, the burner power and the hot air circulation.
The cocoa and dry fruits roasters are not merely adapted coffee roasters.

BR-F COCOA & DRY FRUITS
The BR-F roasters are the innovative version of our cocoa and dry fruits roasters.
They are equipped with a premix gas burner, speed control for the drum and drum fan (air flow), vacuum pressure (in Pa), special drum mixing paddles, a cooler sieve in stainless stell with low rotation arms and special scrapers, automation to include enhanced roasting profile software functionalities (roast and replay) , and other advanced technical features.
With many customizable options and optional equipment available, the BR-F roasters are what major chocolate producers and master chocolatiers are looking for to optimize their roasting operations and enhance the final product.
By integrating an external Roasting Profile Software, the BR-F roasters can operate automatically.
The models BR-F ADVANCED and BR-F PREMIUM with the roasting profile software will expand the capabilities of the roaster by enabling accurate and automated reproduction of all saved-defined profiles and parameters stored in the software database.
