The roasting process is the most important factor that affects the final product. The end result will not as expected if the roasting is not correctly done. A slower roasting is more appropriated for cocoa beans, as they are more delicate. The perfect roast depends on the proper control of the drum speed, the burner power and the hot air circulation.

Full control on your roasting

The BR-F PREMIUM cocoa and dry fruits roasters are equipped with a touch-screen display, a new cost-effective and eco-friendly premix gas burner with precise and responsive control, speed control for the drum and drum fan (air flow), 2 thermocouples (bean and exhaust air temperatures), vacuum pressure (in Pa), an Ethernet connection to plug a PC or laptop, and other top-level technical features like the cooling air exhaust temperature.

The roasting profile software BRIGUS – Coffee Roast Control & Log System allows you to control the roaster and the pre-selected roasting profile.

To follow and replicate the curves of a pre-selected profile, BRIGUS automatically controls and adjusts the gas burner and the fan speed parameters (air flow) to follow the bean curve.
The result is an even and homogeneous roast, batch after batch.
