Equipment with a catalyst chamber that offers a solution tailored for your individual needs to neutralise smoke plumes and odours resultant from the roasting operations.

How it works

An electric hot air blower heats the roasting exhaust air to the needed operating temperature of the catalyst. The catalyst converts smokes, plumes and odours into clean and odourless air.

ReiCat© catalytic filters can work with any roaster brand/model from 1 kg to 25 kg/batch.

There are available 3 models to work with coffee roasters capacities of 1-3 kg (ReiCatino® 100) , 5-15 kg (ReiCatino® 450) and 25 kg/batch (ReiCatino® 600).

The Reicatino® line catalytic system operates electrically and uses a catalyst to convert smoke plumes and odours into clean and odourless air.

The Reicat© catalyst system can be mounted in various positions. These include upright placement, upright with a wall bracket, upright with a frame, and horizontal placement with a frame.
