Automatic control with roast profile

The BR ADVANCED roasters are equipped with a touch-screen display, a new cost-effective and eco-friendly premix gas burner with precise and responsive control, speed control for the drum and drum fan (air flow), 2 thermocouples (bean and exhaust air temperatures), vacuum pressure (in Pa), an Ethernet connection to plug a PC or laptop, and other top-level technical features like the cooling air exhaust temperature.

The built-in connection for the external roasting profile software cropster and artisan allows you to use the ‘roast & replay’ features to automatically replicate your favorite profiles.

NOTE: The guarantee of operation, maintenance, updates and support is the sole responsibility of the companies that develop the external software integrated into the equipment built by Joper.
