A COST-EFFECTIVE PREMIX BURNER

Roasteries and coffee shops are always looking for ways to reduce costs in their roasting operations, mainly those linked to gas and electricity. The implementation of a premix burner is the answer they were looking for.

Since the gas and air mixing parameters are created upstream of the combustion head, the resulting flame is consistent, shorter, and stronger in length, thus providing a reduction in costs.

Fully automated roasting process

The roasting profile software BRIGUS – Coffee Roast Control & Log System allows you to fully automate control the BR 25 AUTO and the pre-selected roasting profile.

To follow and replicate the curves of a pre-selected profile, BRIGUS automatically controls and adjusts the gas burner and the fan speed parameters (air flow) to follow the roasting curves.
The result is an even and homogeneous roast, batch after batch.
