Efficiency and Quality Combined!

CRM industrial roasters are renowned for their top performance and reliability by coffee roasteries worldwide.

They feature an indirect flame burner roasting system, an efficient oven, and a fast-cooling mechanism. The high-efficiency burners and dual-wall drum with a cast iron frame ensure consistent and high-quality roasting results. Additionally, the direct drive motors and multiple thermocouples provide precise control over the roasting process.

Also known for their energy efficiency and ease of operation, the CRM roasters are also the cost-effective choice for industrial coffee roasting. They require low maintenance, which reduces downtime and operational costs. Furthermore, CRM offers dedicated technical support to ensure that their customers receive the best possible service and assistance.

MANUAL CONTROL OPERATION

The CRM roaster models operate in a simple and efficient way and are composed of the following elements: a green coffee feeding hopper, a roasting drum, an oven with a gas burner, a cyclone for collecting chaff, and a roasted coffee cooler.

HOW IT WORKS

The receiving hopper feeds the green coffee beans and doses them to the roasting drum. The flow of hot air gradually heats and roasts the coffee to perfection due to a continuous rotating movement aided by a sophisticated internal design to ensure the beans constantly move, change position, and uniformly benefit from the circulating hot air. The roasted coffee beans are then delivered to the cooler, where they are quickly brought to the right temperature to lock in their flavor and aroma.

THE RESULT

An integrated system controlled manually manufactured by most experienced master craftmen and engineers, with high technology and the best materials and components from the most reputed world manufacturers.

Cast Iron

Cast iron is the material of choice of expert roasters manufacturers because it's extremely strong and durable.

Cast iron is resistant to destruction and weakening by oxidation and is perfect to build a strong, robust, and durable roaster.

Cast Iron

Cast iron is the ideal material to use in coffee roasters, with its relatively low melting point, good fluidity, castability, excellent machinability, resistance to deformation, and wear resistance.

Cast Iron

Cast iron has thermal inertia and exceptional radiation capacity; consequently, it retains the heat. As a result, the heat is more evenly distributed and lasts longer.
