MANUAL CONTROL OPERATION

The CRM 240 industrial roaster is entirely controlled by the roast master from the start of the roasting process through the cooling stage. It has a user-friendly control panel design for easy operation with intuitive controls, making it simple to operate and accessible even for beginners in coffee roasting.

The CRM 240 coffee roaster has an advanced indirect flame burner system and a superb airflow, ensures a consistent and homogeneous roast every time. It can be prepared with the Pneumatic Cylinders System which will improve work flow.

Like all industrial roasters, the CRM 240 has the Water Quench Safety System included that should only be used only for emergencies.

ROAST PROFILE VIA DATA LOGGERS

It is possible to prepare the CRM 240 to use the external coffee roasting software Cropster or Artisan.
This type of software is a datalogger that records the exhaust temperature ‘air flow’ (ET), the bean temperature (BT), the Rate-of-Rise (RoR) and the roasting curves.
However, to be able to repeat these profiles you will have to control it manually.

PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS SYSTEM

The Pneumatic Cylinders System opens and closes all doors of the roaster (hopper, drum, and cooler doors) through valves, actuators, switches, and all the accessories for a well-adjusted coffee roasting operation.

Additionally, it improves the overall productivity, making the coffee roasting an easy and effortless process.
