Destoners

Our industrial destoners are designed to ensure the highest quality of roasted coffee by efficiently removing impurities (metal fragments, plastic bits, and other small size residues).

The destoner base is attached to the cooler discharge door, and it is equipped with adjustable airflow for precise control as coffee rises through the column to the silo.

The receiving silo stores the roasted beans and features an inspection door for easy access and maintenance.

The discharge gate facilitates easy and controlled release of stored coffee beans, while the steel support ensures stability and secure installation to the floor.

Pneumatic Transporters

The pneumatic transport system consists of a hopper, where the green coffee is unloaded, then transported to the roaster’s hopper.

The system uses a high-pressure ventilator that generates the necessary air flow to move the coffee beans through the piping system. It ensures a continuous flow and helps maintain the speed required for efficient transport.

Afterburners

Post combustion equipment to control and correct pollutant emissions into the atmosphere, thus achieving a high level of protection of the environment and comply with local emission norms.

Afterburners are built with a thick stainless steel plate and isolated ceramic fiber ridged to withstand high temperatures. The combustion chamber is properly dimensioned, equipped with a powerful high-tech burner.

They can be customized to meet clients’ specific needs and fit the available space in their roasteries, and they can be installed either in a vertical or horizontal position.

Catalytic Filter – Gourmet

Equipment with a catalyst chamber that offers a solution tailored for your individual needs to neutralise smoke plumes and odours resultant from the roasting operations.

Rotary Valve

The Rotary Valve works with the roaster’s cyclone for a direct and continuous discharge of the chaff in a bag or container with an implemented safety system.

It also includes a compressed air valve to clean the inside of the cyclone.
