AUTOMATIC CONTROL OPERATION
The automatic industrial roaster CRS 240 is known for its innovative design and superior performance.
CRS 240 industrial roasters are highly regarded for their advanced features; They have an indirect flame burner roasting system, complemented by an efficient oven and rapid cooling capabilities. They are quipped with high-efficiency burners and a dual-wall drum with a cast iron frame, ensuring consistent and top-quality roasting.
Also the direct drive motors and multiple thermocouples provide precise control throughout the roasting process.
In addition to their technical features, the CRS 240 are designed for energy efficiency and user-friendly operation, making them an economical choice for industrial coffee roasting. They require minimal maintenance, which helps to minimize downtime and reduce operational expenses.
Like all industrial roasters, the CRS 240 is equipped with the Water Quench Safety System that should only be used for emergencies.

Automatic control with BRIGUS roasting system
The CRS 240 is a fully automatic coffee roaster featuring caractheristics which improve roaster’s operation and roasting efficiency by introducing the possibility of using the concept of roast profiling with the external software BRIGUS – Coffee Roast Control & Log System.
BRIGUS allows you to control the roaster and the pre-selected roasting profile.
The result is an even and homogeneous roast, batch after batch.
With BRIGUS you can:
- Define new profile based on previously stored ones
- Roast base under a pre-defined profile
- Rate of Rise (RoR)
- Control the roasting process manually or automatically
- Roast vs. desired profile evolution during the process
- Register occurrences, events and notes
- Register all the processes
- Analyse and compare roasted coffee lots.
BRIGUS has a function for maintenance programming and control thus reducing unproductive time, and directly improving the way your roaster works with only a touch or click away.

PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS SYSTEM
Included in all CRS models, the Pneumatic Cylinders System opens and closes all doors of the roaster (hopper, drum, and cooler doors) through valves, actuators, switches, and all the accessories for a well-adjusted automated coffee roasting operation.
Additionally, it improves the overall productivity, making the coffee roasting an easy and effortless process.
